Bad Luck Isn't Too Many Problems. It's All of Them at Once.
In 2022, dental implants cost me a large sum of money, and I went into debt paying them off. Then I noticed I had changed.
The boldness was gone. Decisions took forever — I would stop and think everything over, terrified of one wrong step. For a while I assumed it was the aftermath of financial stress. It wasn't until I opened my own chart that I understood: this is what this cycle of my life looks like. It had put most of my abilities away, leaving only two things that still worked — observing, and writing.
Then I noticed the people around me had quietly changed too.
Not because I replaced them. The ones who stayed were different. The people who came to me for readings, the friends who remained — they all opened with nearly the same lines: money keeps disappearing and I don't know where it goes; a relationship suddenly turned bad; I made a decision and now I regret it every day. They were startlingly like me.
The world is full of people passing through your life every day. The ones who stay are the ones filtered by the frequency you're on right now. When the cycle changes, you change as a filter — so the people who stay change with it.
Because I had been through the pain myself, when I read charts for others now, I look at something different from most astrologers.
Most people think a "bad period" means bad things will happen. After reading countless charts, I found that's not it. One bad event alone — most people can take it. Illness can be treated. A lost job can be replaced. A broken relationship can be repaired.
What actually breaks people is when these things arrive together.
The illness isn't healed yet when the job goes. The job goes and the cash flow stops. The cash flow stops and the relationship collapses with it. Before you can respond to one blow, the next one lands. In the underlying logic of astrology, this isn't karma. This is your friction with the world suddenly spiking.
And here's the most unfair part: nobody ever gave you the timetable.
You don't know which years hold the high-friction zones. So most people, in their easiest and most frictionless years, sign up for installment loans, ignore the warning signs in their bodies, put off repairing the relationships that need it — and when that cycle arrives, everything comes to collect at once.
As an astrologer, I can't make these things disappear, and I don't believe anyone truly can. But I can do something more practical: work out that timetable for you, and then find ways to pull the pile apart — so it comes one piece at a time.
If I know which years money will be tight, I stop touching installment plans before then and refuse to stack debt. If I know which part of the body is weak, I schedule the checkups early, so the problem gets caught while it's still small. If I know which stretch of time carries the highest emotional friction, I move the important conversations and decisions out of it.
None of this can be done quickly. Changing to a stable job, clearing debt, rebuilding health — these are measured in years. The earlier you lay the timetable out, the more you can prepare. Wait until trouble is already at the door, and all that's left to do is clean up.
I walked out of this the same way, step by step.
The hardships this cycle gave me are the same ones carried by the people who come to me. I don't have to imagine their problems — I've had them. What I do for clients now is what I once did for myself: lay out the timetable, find the friction zones ahead, and pull the pile of troubles apart.
Let them come one at a time. We'll handle them one at a time.
