When Would Joeman's Controversy End? My Timing Call Verified
While It Was Still Burning, I Wrote Down When It Would End
On August 20, I did something a little risky.
About a news story that was still spreading, I wrote down when it would end.
At that point, the controversy between Joeman and his ex-girlfriend had broken only four days earlier. Every day brought new screenshots and new revelations, and the comment sections were one long argument. Writing “this will end” at a time like that doesn’t exactly win you friends.
But I wrote it anyway, and I wrote it as a window:
At the most conservative, once winter comes and Water grows strong enough to check Mars, this matter will definitely come to an end. At the earliest, it will be over in another 15 days.
At the latest, the Start of Winter (立冬) — November 7. At the earliest, 15 days after the post.
(I was a bit nervous myself after writing it. Open the window too wide and you’ve said nothing; make it too narrow and it’s easy to be proven wrong.)
September 7: Back in Front of the Camera
On September 7, Joeman returned to his channel and resumed filming.
That was day 18 after the post.
Inside the window — and close to the early end.
Nine days later, he put up two new videos within 12 hours, and the unboxing video hit 750,000 views in half a day. The rhythm of his work was back.
When I said it would end, I meant the storm would die down.
The revelations stop, the people arguing drift away, and the person at the center goes back to their own life. When someone can step back in front of the camera as if nothing happened and carry on with the work they were doing, then for them, that chapter has closed.
Seeing the Weak Point in Advance, and the Way Out
At the time I also wrote one more line: that the matter would then be handled at the company level, and an understanding would be reached with the woman.
And that is what happened: his manager stepped in to take over and announced a full work stoppage, and his ex-girlfriend’s side was the first to call a halt.
To be fair here: he did handle some things badly this time, and he has apologized himself. Who was right and who was wrong is for the people involved. In that post I cared about only one thing: time.
Two years ago, I left one line under his chart: don’t let other people into your own home.
This time, while the matter was still burning, I wrote down in advance when it would go out.
One was seeing the weak point in advance. The other was seeing the way out in advance.
That is what my consultations do — those two things. The thing you’re stuck on right now: when it will pass, and whether this stretch is one to push through or to let go — the chart usually has the answer.
When something catches fire, how long it burns, when it goes out, and how best to handle it — there are traces of all this in the chart. Why 15 days, and why the Start of Winter, I’ve put in the next section.
P.S. The full story behind that house advice from two years ago is in this piece: Joeman’s Chart, 2024: “Don’t Let Others Into Your Home”
Why 15 Days, and Why the Start of Winter
Joeman
A Moon native of the Rooftop Mansion (危); the Ascending Lunar Node (計都) is his Discordant Star.
The Monthly Advancement was in the Life Palace (命) at 亥 (Hai), where it met the natal Ascending Lunar Node. It also met Mars from the Creativity Palace (子女), coming to support the Ascending Lunar Node, while Ethereal Benevolence (紫炁) in the Partnership Palace (夫妻), because Fire is strong in the Tail Mansion (尾), turned instead to support the Ascending Lunar Node.
Twelve days later, the Monthly Advancement moved into 戌 (Xu). There, the Lunar Apogee (月孛) in the Career Palace (官祿) at 寅 (Yin) generated Jupiter in the Service Palace (奴僕) at 午 (Wu), which came to check Saturn in 戌, the Monthly Advancement’s palace; and in the opposite palace, 辰 (Chen), Venus drained the Earth.
Three days after that it reached 辰, where the force was greater still — so I called that day as the earliest the matter would be resolved.
