Course Recordings
Fifty-three hours of teaching, from nothing to reading a chart on your own. Mandarin audio, English subtitles.
Foundation
US$ 129 / 24.8 hours, 14 recorded sessions
The whole frame, from nothing: what the eleven bodies are, the 28 Lunar Mansions, the Five Phases and the twelve branches, the twelve palaces, and how a chart is put together.
You can read a chart and say what each element is doing there.
Intermediate
US$ 229 / 28.4 hours, 13 recorded sessions
Judgement: the seasonal doctrine, the Imprinting Star, the formations — Grace, Output, Wealth, Peril, Shadow-servant, Sun-and-Moon, and the irregular ones — then the long and annual periods.
You can argue a reading, not just describe a chart.
Both courses
US$ 299 / 53 hours, 27 sessions
Foundation and Intermediate together, US$59 less than buying them separately.
What you get
- Every session recorded in full, unedited — the same classes the Mandarin students sat in.
- English subtitles on every session, with terminology held to one fixed glossary.
- Watch at your own pace, rewind as often as you need.
What you do not get
- Live teaching. The classes are taught in Mandarin; these are the recordings.
- Question-and-answer support. Self-study only — unlimited follow-up belongs to the live course.
- Certification. Nothing here is a credential; what you can do with a chart is the credential.
See how it reads first
Before buying fifty-three hours of anything, read a case. These show the reasoning, with dated outcomes you can check.
- I Let a Client Test Me — Two Future Events, Both Verified A client asked for a not-yet-happened event as a test. Both predictions verified, one to the day.
- Same Chart, Different Fates Two people born a day apart, near-identical charts. What separates them — and why it is the hardest problem in this system.
Before you buy
What language is the audio?
Mandarin, with English subtitles. The subtitles are prepared from the actual audio and checked against a fixed glossary, so a term is translated the same way every time it appears.
Do I need the Foundation course first?
Yes. Intermediate assumes you can already cast and read a chart. Starting at Intermediate wastes your money.
How is this different from Western astrology?
It reads the same sky — the Sun, the Moon and the five visible planets — but judges by the Five Phases rather than by aspects, and it divides the ecliptic into 28 Lunar Mansions. If you already know Western astrology, most of the sky is familiar; what is new is the way relationships between bodies are judged.
How do I pay, and how do I get the recordings?
Write to me and I will send payment details. The recordings are delivered as unlisted video links, which stay available to you.
A reading of your own chart is a different thing from learning to read one. If you want the reading, that is the consultation.
