The Benefactor Archetype (恩格) — "The People-Reader" — is the personality pattern formed when the Imprinting Star stands in the Benefactor (generating) relationship to the self. Each person carries one archetype: the habitual angle from which they first read the world.
The Benefactor's first glance is on people — who is leading, and how the relational structure is arranged. Their decisions start from the position of people and the shape of relationships. Where another archetype opens with a feeling, a profit, a mechanism, or a consensus, the People-Reader opens with "who is in charge here, and where does everyone stand?"
The five archetypes (Benefactor, Expression, Conquest, Challenger, Peer) share their roots with the five star-relations: the Imprinting Star's relationship to the Stellar Regent decides which archetype a person carries. This entry frames the archetype's perspective; the finer craft of chart judgment sits at the practice layer.
